They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, as well as the location was awesome, however it's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much of the household furniture, and so on.

Thank you for your feedback.  Without a question this house is actually a fundamental beach house and when you predict more this isn't the place in your case.  As for your outdoor spigot, without going into a lot of details allows just say that it's during the works to become addressed.

We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most in the time we were being there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have a great deal to perform in the rain, so make a backup plan just in the event.

I loved that there ended up two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for Older people who would like to travel with each other. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it again or advocate it to a buddy.

4 The owner replaced the fridge since our last stay two years in the past, which was needed. I feel that the home owner needs to address a few issues. The main criticism that I have with the residence would be the sliding glass doors. Most, if not all, of these really need to get replaced. The door which is used the most (from the living/kitchen area area for the rear deck) is extremely difficult to open.

It's got so much potential, but there has clearly been no consideration to the comfort of friends. Everything during the home is as cheap as possible, old, and sometimes even dirty.
